Stellae Boreales and Friends

THe Stellae Boreales Violin Ensemble will present an afternoon of string music. Hosted by Julian Armour, the concert will feature a virtuoso pipa performance by guest artist Yadong Guan and cello performances by Sabrina Sadeg and Andrew Deaville. Guests can look forward to music by composers such as Sarasate, Kreisler and Bach. A reception with sumptuous dessert buffet and auction by Dave Smith will follow the concert. Concert proceeds will support Stellae Boreales’ two-week performance tour of China in July where the ensemble will perform seven concerts in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. The China tour is made possible thanks to presenting sponsor Manulife-Sinochem, bronze sponsor KUN Shoulder Rest and generous support from other businesses and individual donors.
